Irene Kristiansen

Board Member

Irene Kristiansen has extensive management and board experience, and was employed as the CFO of Pexip from 2014 to 2017. Ms Kristiansen was previously the COO at Holzweiler, CFO and deputy CEO of Boligbyggelaget Usbl, Head of Corporate Funding and Head of Treasury at Norske Skog ASA, Relationship Manager in Fokus Bank/Danske Bank, and Manager at JP Morgan (London). She is currently on the board of Greenstat AS, and have previously held board positions at Play Magnus, Neptune Properties AS, Usbl Utbygging AS, Usbl Boservice AS, Usbl Eiendom AS and Spira Finans AS

 

Ms Kristiansen holds a Bachelor’s (Hhons) degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath.

 

She has been in her current position as member of the Board since 2020. She currently holds 150,000 shares and 0 options in Pexip, in total including companies controlled by her.
